5th Annual Continuing Education Seminar

presented by Carolina Mountain Land Conservancy

May 30th, 1pm—5pm at the WNC Agricultural Center in Fletcher, NC

 

Workshop Topics:

* Conservation Easements—Tax and Legal Issues, with Stephen Small

* Conservation Easement Appraisals, with Stephen Small and Richard Jacobs

* Enhanced Conservation Tax Benefits in 2007, with Stephen Small

* NC Conservation Tax Credit Program, with William Flournoy and Linda Millsaps

 

Continuing Education Credit:

This seminar will offer 4 hours of continuing education credit from the NC Real Estate Commission. It is expected to offer up to 4 hours authorized by the American Institute of Certified Planners, the Certified Financial Planners Board of Standards, the NC Board of Landscape Architects, the NC State Bar Association, and the Society of American Foresters. Credit from the NC Appraisal Board is being sought.

 

The seminar has been designed to meet the standards of the NC State Board of CPA Examiners (21 NCAC 8G.0400) for continuing education credit, although CMLC is not registered with this board.
